BINGO:
A Jackpot of 1165 euro is up for grabs at tonight’s bingo session in the Swank Bar Tarbert. Funds raised go to the renovation of the Community Centre which is hoped will recommence in the next few weeks.
BUCKET COLLECTION:
Fundraising bucket collection this Saturday July 24, in aid of the Juvenile Club. The collection will take place in front of the Bridewell commencing at 11am and your support would again be appreciated.
MATCH:
Tarbert U-16 team Play St. Senan's in Shannon Park this evening, Wednesday July 21, at 7:30pm. Please support this very talented group of young players.
JUVENILE CLUB:
A busy week for the Club, as there will be a fundraising bucket collection in Tarbert on Saturday July 24, in aid of the Juvenile Club. The collection will take place in front of the Bridewell and once again your support will be appreciated.
MEETING:
Kilnaughtin Graveyard Committee are holding a meeting tomorrow evening Thursday July 22, at 8pm in the graveyard, helpers to help in cleaning up the cemetery would be greatly appreciated.
GRAVEYARD MASSES:
Parishioners are advised that Mass, for the departed, will take place on August 6, 2010 in St. Mary’s Cemetery Tarbert at 7:30pm and in Kilnaughtin Cemetery on August 13, at 7:30pm.
GAA LOTTO:
There was no jackpot winner at last week's lotto draw at Coolahan’s Bar. The winning numbers were; 10, 17, 19, and 22. The winner of the bar prize was Sean Finucane and the lucky dip winners were; Helen Enright, Mark Murphy, Mary Langan, C. Carmody and Thomas Cregan. This week's draw for a jackpot of 13,700 euro will be held at Carmody's Bar. Sincere thanks to all who promote and support the lotto.
MATCH REPORT:
Tarbert in a keenly contested game had to concede defeat to Brosna in the North Kerry division one senior final played at Duagh last Sunday evening.
Three points adrift at half time, Tarbert finished with a score of 1-12 to 2-15 for Brosna. For full match report see sports pages.

Tarbert Senior team are away to Kilcummin in round seven of the County League on this Saturday evening July 24, at 7:30 pm. Your Support would be greatly appreciated.
DEATH:
The death of Jimmy Finucane has taken place in Rochester U.S.A. Jimmy formerly of Tarbert Island will be lovingly remembered, for his musical talents, by patrons of Cross Road Dancing of times past. Sympathy is extended to Jimmy’s wife, Josie (nee Lyndon) and the Lyndon family of Kilpadogue. May he Rest in Peace!
DEATH:
